I grew up in rural Iowa and am blessed to be a momma to two of my favorite people in the whole entire world.

I appreciate you taking the time to view my work, and thank you for considering me as an option as you search for your perfect fit. Style and editing is fun, but making connections is what is most important to me. I love bonding with other moms and families, and sharing stories about parenthood - the good, the hard, and everything in between.
We all try our best to capture every single moment, but how can we truly experience that moment if we are always behind a camera?

WHY I LOVE WHAT I DO
I find inspiration and passion in capturing the little moments. The ordinary, the every-day, the magical.
Newborns, families – you all inspire me to create stories that will stay with you for the rest of your lives.
To be able to relive and cherish moments in time is a gift. One that no one will regret having.
Being able to live in the present is something we take for granted. Like you, I am well familiar with how fast time disappears, and that’s why I want to lend a hand. Allow you to spend those moments with your newborn or family without…

So get in front of the camera instead of behind it.
Snuggle your newborn, lay in bed with your kids, marvel at catching fireflies, make a mess in the kitchen.
I start creating memories as early as you wish.
Don’t want to forget what your baby bump looked like? Then we won’t.
Long day in the hospital? It’s okay – I’ve got snacks.
Don’t have a nursery ready? No problem. Let’s use the bed, the couch, even the floor.
Siblings don’t like to sit and smile? Fine with me! Let them interact naturally. No poses necessary.
Newborn won’t stay asleep? Great! We can capture those pretty eyes and sweet eyelashes.

Fun facts about me:
~ I got my first “big girl” camera in 2017.
~ I don't like coffee. Diet Coke is my ride or die.
~ I have lived in Arizona, Hawaii, and Maryland.
~ My first video was of my daughter at the park, with no experience, and a free adobe premiere trial. I remember watching it for the first time and thinking it was so good. Looking back now? Not so much. (Hey, we all start somewhere, right?)

~ I love spending time in nature. I hope to visit every single National Park during my lifetime.

~ My love for penguins can ruin me in a single moment if I ever get to hold one.
~ I love food, sweatpants, a good book, and of course, Netflix.

~ My son has a rare genetic condition that has left him disabled. He has taught me so much and has changed my life for the better. Every moment with him is one not taken for granted.
